1.Order of materials
-Purchased the products meeting the specification and KS standard
2.Import & inspection
-Submit the inspection result and mill sheet
3.Mechanical processing
-Review the cutting method based on the drawing. Ball lathe, lathe, milling, and safer are used.
-Grinding is made according to the specifcation. The standard illumination of the phase symbol is 100s at max.
4.Coating
-The coating is made by the order from orderer.
-Pre heat treatment is as below. According to the acid cleaning, side blast being coated, and wire brush, it
removes
the impurities and rust. Masking tape is applied in non-coated side.
5.Assembly & packing
-Assembly after the coating
-When the assembly is needed in the field, the assembled symbol is bonded in visible part.
-3 pieces of marks are bonded on 4 sides such as bridge axis, rectangular direction so that the upper plate,
lower plate,
and lowest plate become visible.
-In the bridge seat device, the manufactured company, manufacture ID, orderer are marked. |
