1. Nulling
-Mix both the rubber and chemical
2. Ripening
-In order to stablize the mixed rubber, ripen it in heat insulation chamber.
3. Heat injection, exhaust
-As the pre-procedure of the heat injection, and exhaust procedure, it escalates the temperature of the mixed
rubber
and softens the rubber. And the exhaust is to balance both thickness and width of mixed rubber after
being softened.
4. Molding
-In this line, both the reinforcing materials and rubber seat is injected.
5. Vulcanization
-Rubber becomes elastic after the chemical reaction by heating and pressurizing the mixed rubber.
At the same
time, both reinforcing materials and elastic rubber is bonded for the vulcanization.
